Buying property in another country is hard to do well from a distance. Morseus is building a platform for foreign investors who want to buy in two very different places: Asturias, on the north coast of Spain, and the American states of Arizona and Nevada.

We look at each property on its own. We want to know what it is really worth, and what it would take to make it worth more.
